1. General remarks
The ADS website is managed by Optimal Aircraft Design (hereafter referred to as OAD), rue de l'Yser, 31 - 5020 Namur - Belgium. The site can be consulted by internauts free of charge and without guarantees by OAD.
Use of the site means that the user automatically and irrevocably approves these conditions of use, terms and warning indications present on the site.
2. Discharge from liability
Site content – site data are provided only for information purposes. Although OAD makes every effort to disseminate accurate and updated information, it may occur that typing errors are included on the site. OAD does not assume any liability regarding such information or regarding any use which the user might make of it. OAD reserves the right to make changes and updates to information present on the site, at any time and without prior notice. OAD should not be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the site by the user.
Site availability – OAD neither guarantees uninterrupted or error-free access to the site, nor that the site is free from viruses or other dangerous components. OAD does not give any explicit or implicit guarantee, and in particular excludes all guarantees concerning the availability and conformity of site and the capability of the site to meet users' expectations or requirements. OAD should not be held liable for direct or indirect damage if the user finds it impossible to use the site.
Use of information by the user – the user undertakes to respect fully the copyrights belonging to OAD and to third parties. OAD grants the user a right to re-use the information present on the site, with the exception of technical notes and reports.
Hyperlinks to other sites not managed by OAD – the presence of the hyperlinks on the ADS neither means that OAD maintains any control over those sites, nor that OAD assumes any liability for the content therein.
Hyperlink to the ADS site – OAD allows these websites to refer to the ADS site through hyperlinks, in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights to the ADS site are held by OAD and third parties.
OAD grants the user a right to re-use the information present on the site, with the exception of technical notes and reports.
4. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the ADS site is governed by Belgian law. The courts and tribunals of the district of Namur shall have sole jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, a printed version of these conditions of use and of any attached note delivered in an electronic form will be accepted in any legal or administrative proceedings.
